What makes an image feel on-brand?

Notes from our research team on the perceptual signals — colour temperature, grain, framing — that read as brand consistency.

Ask ten people whether two images belong to the same brand and they will agree more often than you would expect. Brand consistency is perceptual, and it lives in signals we rarely name: colour temperature, the fall-off of light, the amount of negative space.

Our research team isolates these signals so the model can hold them steady across thousands of generations. The result is imagery that does not just match a reference — it feels like it came from the same hand.
