Impact Program
Everything you need to know about applying to the holala Impact Program, who qualifies, and how access works once you are approved.
The Impact Program offers selected nonprofits, researchers, and mission-driven teams free or heavily reduced access to holala's visual tools. The goal is simple: put brand-quality visual technology in the hands of people doing work that matters.
Registered nonprofits, academic and research institutions, accessibility groups, and independent creators working on public-benefit projects are all welcome to apply. We review each application individually rather than relying on a fixed checklist.
Fill out the short application form with a brief description of your organization and how you plan to use holala. Most applicants hear back within ten business days, and our team may follow up to learn more about your project before approval.
Yes. Individuals and families with fading prints, low-resolution scans, or damaged archives can request support to restore and preserve personal imagery. Mention your situation in the application and we will route it to the team that handles heritage cases with care and discretion.
Approved members get access to onboarding guides, best-practice walkthroughs, and a support channel for technical questions. For larger initiatives we can arrange a short working session to help you set up and edit your first projects.
Access is granted for twelve months at a time. Near the end of each term we invite members to renew with a quick update on the impact they have created, so we can keep supporting active and meaningful work.
Most members receive their plan at no charge. Larger organizations with significant usage may be offered a discounted rate instead, and we will always make any costs clear before your access begins.
Program access is intended for your stated mission and public-benefit work. The usual holala usage terms apply, with a few extra commitments around responsible and transparent use. We share the full agreement during onboarding.
Reach out to the Impact team through the contact link in your application confirmation, or message us any time at impact@holala.example. We read every note and aim to reply within a couple of working days.
